Wardrobe at the Cross, Neston

As content creation is something I am very passionate about I recently got in touch with Wardrobe at the Cross in Neston. I had visited the store once before and bought a dress from them. When I visited their store I loved what they were all about. The owners Hil and Sue are against ‘catwalk fashion’ and are all about finding clothes that suit you, give you shape and most importantly Joy. Both Hil and Sue are trained personal stylists and Sue offers an array of personal styling services. They also make sure to only stock clothes from ethical companies that make good quality clothing that will last.

I mentioned the fact that I am a photographer and videographer and that if they ever need anything I’d love to help them out as I need more content for my portfolio. Hil explained to me that they needed more photos of herself wearing the clothes in the store. People are more likely to buy clothes if they can see what ‘real’ people look like in them rather than models. I have done two photo sessions with Hil so that the majority of their website has photos of her wearing the items. I asked Hil if it had made a difference after the first shoot and she said it has. Some people were even waiting to buy items until Hil had uploaded a photo of her wearing it. I have loved working with this small business and it’s definitely something I will be doing more of.
